Return & Refund Policy
At Petshi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We rigorously inspect all fashion apparel before shipping. However, if an error occurs on our end, we are here to make it right.
Return Window
We offer a strict 30-Day Return Policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligible Conditions for Return
To prevent fraud and maintain quality, returns are strictly accepted ONLY if the error is on our end. This includes:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received does not match the description on our website.
- The wrong size or incorrect item was shipped to you.
Please note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues caused by customer ordering errors.
Return Process & Authorization
You may not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender. To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 30-day window.
- Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect, wrong size, or incorrect item.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
Because we only accept returns for seller-fault issues (defects, wrong items), Petshi will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label upon return authorization.
Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
