Thank you for shopping at Petshi. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States.
Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping model to ensure transparency at checkout:
- Standard US Domestic Shipping: $6.99 Flat Rate
- Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-10 days).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Petshi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
