Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total delivery time consists of two parts: Processing time (1-3 business days) and Transit time (7-10 business days). You can expect your fashion items to arrive within approximately 8 to 13 business days after placing your order. For more details, please review our full Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 30-Day Return Policy for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we shipped the incorrect item/size. Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. For full conditions, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. If the error is on our end (e.g., defective or incorrect item), Petshi covers the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label once your return is authorized.
