At Petshi, we operate on a Made-to-Order business model. This means that every item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. We believe this approach ensures the highest quality and reduces environmental waste. Please review our shipping procedures below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Because our products are made to order, we require time to craft your item before it is shipped.

  • Handling/Production Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT -05:00).

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

We work with major carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Please refer to the table below for costs and timelines.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left our production facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

You can track your order directly via our Order Tracking Page or by visiting the carrier’s website.

4. TAXES & DUTIES

For US Orders: Sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your specific location.

For International Orders: Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Petshi is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. FAILED DELIVERY & WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
