Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund or an exchange.

2. THE “QUALITY GUARANTEE” (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS)

While we do not accept general returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a defective or damaged item.

We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost if:

  • The item arrived damaged or printed incorrectly.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • We sent the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design compared to your order).

3. HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

You do not need to return the defective item to us. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos or a video showing the defect or the wrong item received.
  2. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Include your Order Number and the photos in your email.

Our support team will review your case. If approved, we will process a replacement or a full refund immediately.

4. REFUNDS PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order goes into production and cannot be cancelled.
