When Will My Tracking Info Appear?

Don’t worry if your tracking number isn’t active immediately. Here’s a quick reminder of our process:

  • Step 1: Production (1-3 Business Days): First, we custom-create your unique Petshi gear.
  • Step 2: Shipping: Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number.
  • Step 3: Activation: It can take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier’s system to update and activate the tracking number.

If your tracking number is still not working after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number.
